Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in just three weeks’ time, you will be receiving guests at TOP HAIR. Today, we present the supporting services such as stand staff and catering that will take the load off you while the fair is running. And what is there to discover in the city? You will find all this and more in our final up!date.

Please also bear in mind that, due to current world events and the resultant overall market situation, stand construction capacities are limited this year.
We therefore urgently request that you order this service promptly so that we can guarantee its provision. Here is an overview of our stand construction concepts.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the TOP HAIR online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

• Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket (see below Düsseldorf Ticket).

The Düsseldorf Ticket from Rheinbahn and Messe Düsseldorf

For exhibitors and visitors, we offer a convenient and easy way to purchase a so-called Düsseldorf Ticket for travel by public transport in Düsseldorf. Free travel to and from the fair is not included in the admission tickets of Messe Düsseldorf.

The Düsseldorf-Ticket of Messe Düsseldorf and Rheinbahn is valid in the entire city of Düsseldorf and on the day of your visit the ticket entitles the holder to travel to and from the trade fair and also to an unlimited number of journeys within the city area until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.

You can purchase as many personalized tickets as you wish, for example for your stand personnel or other colleagues. Available are day tickets or a season ticket valid during the trade fair.

Please note that the Düsseldorf Ticket is valid in the entire Düsseldorf city area (price level A3). For trips beyond the city limits, we recommend the eezy ticket, available in the Rheinbahn App, or the other Rheinbahn ticket offers.

Stand Catering

Sit back and relax: local culinary professionals will deliver hot & cold food directly to your stand. Upon request our experienced service partners would be happy to make you some catering suggestions and support you with information on the applicable hygiene regulations for handling and preparing food at your stand.

Incidentally, for your general daily needs in between times you will find a supermarket right on the grounds of the exhibition centre.

Too good to throw away! Donate your leftovers to Tafel Düsseldorf e.V.

If you have food in good condition or other items from this list left over in the evening or at the end of the trade fair and want to dispose of them, donate them instead!

Contact our cooperation partner, Tafel Düsseldorf e.V., and arrange a pick-up date. Subject to sufficient capacity at the Tafel for collection and storage, their volunteers will be happy to collect the goods from your stand. They then make them available to people affected by poverty in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. We take care of the logistics in consultation with the Tafel. All you have to do is make a call and register your goods.

We want our fairs to be as sustainable as possible and avoid waste, especially of food. Please help us by not throwing away leftovers! However, passing on leftovers from open catering is not allowed for hygiene reasons.

The Rock and Roll Circus awaits you on what is arguably the most beautiful promenade on the Rhine, where the Apollo Varieté will carry you away to the thrilling world of the circus arts and send the clown duo Kike and Eddy on stage to make you laugh.
