Welcome to up!date 02 for TOP HAIR 2023.

You can now secure your admission vouchers. The tickets bearing your hall and stand number give your guests free admission to TOP HAIR and will guide them directly to you.

Here, you will find topics and deadlines that you already need to address in your plans. The following links will take you directly to the Online Order System, the order deadlines and the exhibitors dashboard.

Messe Düsseldorf is taking a short winter break: we will be closed from 23 December to 1 January. We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and successful new year. We will be here for you again from 2 January 2023.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the TOP HAIR online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

Limited Stand Construction Capacities This Year

Due to the current world affairs and the resulting overall market situation, capacities in the area of stand construction are limited this year. For this reason, we would like to ask you to place orders for stand construction as soon as possible. Unfortunately. We can only guarantee implementation if we receive orders early in advance.

Flat-Rate Disposal Fee during the Trade Fair: A Small Surcharge for Great Comfort

To make participating in the trade fair even easier and more convenient for you, we have further improved our waste management service. Instead of ordering waste bags via the Online Order System (OOS) as was previously the case, every exhibitor automatically is provided with an on-site delivery and pick-up service for the entire duration of the fair.

Before the start of the event, waste bags for paper, packaging, glass and residual waste will be delivered to each stand in sufficient quantities. You fill the waste bags according to type and simply tie them off and place them in the hall aisle in the evening (for joint stands, there will be a central collection point). Our service partner will collect them and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner – so you don't have to worry about anything else!

Please note that this service only covers waste generated at the stand during the trade fair. Production waste (e.g. from exhibited machines or professional stand catering) as well as set-up and dismantling waste are not included.

Free Advertising Material

Take advantage of the free advertising materials for TOP HAIR. Large-format posters in your business rooms and logos in your adverts and emails attract maximum attention starting long before the trade fair. Download or order free of charge no later than 31 January.

Press Service

Take advantage of unparalleled media presence: trade press from around the globe assembles at TOP HAIR. Make your products and services known with minimum effort and maximum effect. For example with a free service: post your press releases on the TOP HAIR Internet portal, allowing journalists access to your trade fair announcements for their pre-fair reports and articles.

WIFI

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief Video.

Fraud Alert!

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).

All invoices issued by Messe Düsseldorf are deposited in your OOS account.
In your OOS account you have the possibility to check the correctness of the invoices at any time.
