On Saturday, staff of the transport service at the Lierenfeld depot have been called out on strike by the ver.di trade union.
The strike will primarily affect tram services, as well as the Wehrhahn line and buses serving Düsseldorf city centre.
This may lead to cancellations and significantly reduced services.
Services in these areas will remain stable:
As things stand, the U75, U76, U77, U78 and U79 light rail lines are running largely to schedule. However, isolated disruptions cannot be completely ruled out here either.
In the Mettmann district, buses are expected to run as usual, although isolated changes are possible.
