Messe Düsseldorf postpones TOP HAIR – DIE MESSE Düsseldorf

After daily news about the development of the coronavirus, intensive discussions with health authorities and our owner, we had to make a difficult decision today: We will postpone the trade fair TOP HAIR – DIE MESSE Düsseldorf.

In doing so, Messe Düsseldorf is following the recommendation of the crisis management team of the German government to take into account the principles of the Robert Koch Institute when making a risk assessment of major events. On the basis of these principles - if we apply them to the upcoming events at the Düsseldorf exhibition centre - we must assume an increased risk. We have therefore made our decision with full responsibility for your safety and that of your customers and employees.

We are aware of what this means for you. We know how much influence it has on your planning, your business development, your customers, partners and employees. To answer your questions regarding cancellations of services you have already ordered, logistics, tickets, stand rental, etc., we will shortly publish a catalogue of answers as an FAQ page on the portal.

We know what it means to prepare an event over years and then have to postpone it. This is not easy for us either. But we rely on your trust in our decision.

In order to guarantee planning can reliably proceed, we will do our utmost to find alternative dates for the postponed events jointly and promptly.

Thank you for your support and trust!

Your Messe Düsseldorf Team
