Comprehensive line-up of side shows, workshops and lectures at TOP HAIR Messe
On 23 and 24 March it will be that time again in Düsseldorf: Welcome to the paradise for hair fashion! TOP HAIR – DIE MESSE 2024, the highlight event of the hairdressing industry, will again extend an invitation to shop, network, party and do further training on the last but one weekend of March. The leading trade fair, which is organised by Messe Düsseldorf in cooperation with TOP HAIR International GmbH, will offer the optimum mix of trends, crafts and business in three halls. 430 brands and exhibitors from 19 countries will be showcasing their products and services. For two days visitors will again be in for a packed continuous education and entertainment programme boasting eleven shows, approximately 60 workshops and ten congress talks.
Off to the front row: High-calibre shows featuring the cream of the hairdressing world
Be it opulent, classic, futuristic or elegant – the shows at the TOP HAIR trade fair are famous for their sumptuous stagings and choreographies. Here renowned international hair artists will present elegant hair styles and breath-taking fashion on the one-of-a-kind TOP HAIR catwalk in Hall 15. Highlights include the “Perfect Match” Show by Goldwell x J.7, the “calligraphy cut collection” by Anthony Mascolo, the “Social-Wheel-Show” featuring Daniel Golz and the “Innovate & Elevate” presentation by DYSON. “God of Updo” Patrick Cameron will celebrate his 10th anniversary with his show “Let's celebrate”, while male grooming expert Markus Salm and STMNT will impress the audience with “MENtality – STATEMENTS” and Schwarzkopf Professional with “Hot Thing right now – Danilo Bozic's Airtouch Technique”. “Color Wow presented by New Flag Pro” will present artist Dom Seeley and his “Secrets of Celebrity Looks” on stage while Intercoiffure Germany stages “JE SUIS Guillaume”, an inspiring journey through time to the roots of the Fondation Guillaume. The “Gloss like a Boss” Show by REDKEN will be the Special Show on Saturday evening starring colour gurus Philip Foresto and Sean Godard and the winners of the Shades EQ Gloss Boss Awards. The award ceremony of “TOP Salon – The Challenge 2024” and the “Grand Finale 2024” of the Barber’s Experience will allow visitors to cheer the happy winners. Click here for the Show Programme.
Skilled craft presented hands-on in some 60 workshops
For two days trends will be created and presented on three workshop stages. In Hall 16 three stages will present around 60 inspiring workshops covering a wide range of current trends and techniques from soft waves and strong colours to hip cuts and men’s stylings. The workshops allow participants to observe the artists close-up, watching every move and take away valuable inspirations for their everyday salon work. The versatile workshops will reveal the secrets to successful hair extensions, for example, or innovative cutting and colouring techniques. Furthermore, they will provide insights into effective customer communication via social media as well as into optimising salon routines. The Congress: Input for heads and salons
The congress programme of TOP HAIR Messe 2024 covers a broad range of themes and high-calibre speakers that will share valuable impulses and inspirations for salon routine. The lectures will address all current trends and challenges of the sector – be it service quality, digitalisation, staff recruitment, work organisation or pricing. The programme encompasses exciting talks such as the “Systematic Approach to Success” by Dominik and Jörn Musti, who emphasise the relevance of a systemic approach to salon management. Peter Gress will discuss the versatile applications of Artificial Intelligence in his lecture “AI in Hairdressers’ Marketing”. Thomas Langer will encourage salon owners to institute justified price increases in “PreisMut statt PreisWut!”. In her talk “Serving makes You Happy” Zita Langenstein will provide insights into excellent service quality as seen by a butler. Rock your head and rock your body: the TOP HAIR Party
The legendary TOP HAIR Party will be held on Saturday evening, 23 March 2024, after the Special Show and start at around 9.00 pm in Hall 15. Under the heading “ROCK YOUR BODY” DJ JoCar and live musicians will make memories with funk, soul and R’n’B music that night. Known for its unrivalled vibes, this party is the perfect opportunity for networking and partying with the hairdressing community.
