You can find the order summary under:

The order summary is organized by service partners.
Orders for Messe Düsseldorf articles are listed first.

Select the desired service partner and open the article overview by clicking on the greater-than sign in the corresponding row.

During the ordering process you have the possibility to enter an internal order number for each item for the invoice in the step Check and Order.

In the order summary, select the section of the service partner and open the item overview by clicking the greater-than sign in the corresponding row.

The current status is displayed next to each item.

Additionally, the current status can be found in the order history and the PDF order summary.

Orders from the previous event can be carried over, provided the products are still available.

If a previous order exists, the “Orders from last event” button will appear in the new stand order for transfer in the stand management.

The overview includes:

• All products available for purchase in the OOS,
• The quantity from the previous order,
• The quantity in the current order (if already added).

For available items, a button to the detail page is displayed. If a product is no longer available, a notification will appear.

In cooperation with our disposal partner, Remondis, we will set up decentralised disposal stations/collection points on the exhibition grounds, consisting of 36 cbm large-capacity containers, where the various materials/types of paper from the production of the exhibits can be disposed of by type, depending on the material quality.

These disposal stations/collection points are supervised by our waste disposal service personnel, each delivery of materials is documented in terms of quantity and quality, the exhibitor receives a disposal report and can thus fully and transparently track the disposal service provided at the end of the event.

Handling of the waste disposal service:

The exhibitor must organise the transport of his production waste from the exhibit/accumulation point in the exhibition hall to the large-capacity containers provided.

Either he transports these paper materials himself, or he commissions (our recommendation) one of our trade fair forwarding agents (Schenker/Kühne und Nagel) to transport the production waste from the exhibits to the large-capacity containers in the outdoor area.

To collect the materials/paper materials at the exhibit, the trade fair forwarders can provide the exhibitor with so-called lattice boxes with forklift pockets so that these can be picked up with hand pallet trucks from the exhibition hall and outside with a forklift truck with a special rotating crane device and transported to the disposal stations.

The fee includes the following services:
- Provision of a sufficient number of rubbish bags for the duration of the event.
- Collection of the rubbish bag provided by the exhibitor at the stand at the end of the event day
- Disposal of the above-mentioned rubbish bags
- Subsequent delivery of refuse sacks if required.

The fee covers the entire event duration, i.e. whether 3 or 9 days - the price is uniform and across all events at the Düsseldorf location.

It is calculated on the basis of the booked stand area: € 2.70 per square metre with a limit ("cap") of max. 500 sqm. This means exhibitors pay a maximum of €1,350.

For production waste generated during the event runtime, the exhibitor must book the relevant disposal service for the material in the OOS. Billing is based on consumption. (see OOS / Waste disposal) Please note the specifications and guidelines of Messe Düsseldorf here.

Please click the Login button the OOS start page. Via the query "Can't remember your password?" you can request a link to change your password by e-mail.

You will then receive a corresponding link to change, which for data protection reasons is required for 60 minutes is available for a limited time. Please consider, that a password reset function is only possible with an active user account.

To additionally publish a trademark or product name in the official media, you can order a trademark entry (chargeable). This will create a direct association between your trademark and your company, while also increasing awareness for your brand. Please use the search function in the

OOS  "Im looking for" at the top of the page) and enter "trademark entry" to find this option.

Additional persons can be invited via your OOS user account:

Here you have the option to invite, for example, stand builders or other participants to your stand order. The invitation applies exclusively to the currently selected stand order. Please note that all invited users are granted the same rights.

Event-related information (e.g. newsletter updates) is sent exclusively to administrators. Order confirmations are always sent only to the person who placed the respective order. The order history provides an overview of all orders placed for the stand order (including those by all users).

In the OOS, exhibitors have the opportunity to conveniently order a wide range of services from the trade fair as well as offerings from the official service partners.

The system not only allows the booking of services and products for the operation of your trade fair stand, but also supports detailed stand planning. This includes, for example, editing and uploading a stand sketch to ensure a customized and precise design of your exhibition booth.

On the start page, you will find the categories Stand Construction, Services, and Marketing and Press. These give you access to the full overview and ordering options for all available products and services.

Please note: Orders can only be placed after your participation has been officially approved.

By selecting a category, you will see all relevant products and services related to that topic. We recommend placing your orders as soon as possible after approval, as online ordering via the OOS is no longer possible once the respective order deadline has passed.

• Parking passes are available upon request.
• There is a limited number of parking passes available.
• There is no entitlement to a specific parking space.
• If the requested parking passes are already sold out at the time of your order, you will automatically receive parking passes for parking spaces in category 1 (P1/P2).

The parking passes will be available for download approximately 4 weeks before the start of the trade fair. You will be notified via email once they are available.

Possible reasons include:

1. Availability: Parking passes are made available for download about 4 weeks before the trade fair begins.
2. Order Status: Your parking passes are still in your shopping cart and have not yet been ordered.
3. Processing: Your request is still being processed, so the download area has not yet been unlocked.

The processing will be done as quickly as possible. Please note that if the order request is placed shortly before the start of the trade fair, some lead time should be factored in.

Once the order deadline for parking permits has passed or they are already sold out, it is no longer possible to place an order via the OOS.

In this case, parking permits – if returned due to cancellations – can only be requested on-site during the setup period from our contacts for Organization and Traffic at the Exhibition Management Office.

he requested item will show the unit price for the respective type of parking pass. Availability must be checked at the time of request. If the desired type is no longer available, an alternative parking pass type will be assigned. Billing will be based solely on the unit price of the assigned parking pass, in the corresponding quantity, based on the 5-digit BE number in the order summary.

Before the Event:

After your admission, you will receive two invoices from Messe Düsseldorf:

1. Stand rental invoice

2. Prepayment invoice for technical and other services (e.g., water, electricity connections).

These invoices must be paid before the event.

Exception: If you book a stand construction package, the prepayment is not required.

Additionally: You may also receive invoices from our official service partners (from whom you have booked services via the OOS), which must also be paid before the event.

After the Event:

Approximately one month after the fair, you will receive the final invoice.

This includes all services provided by Messe Düsseldorf as well as services from official service partners (e.g., adventics GmbH, Dauerwerbung FRANKE GmbH and Co. KG, Deutsche Telekom AG / T-Systems).

A late booking surcharge will be applied if orders or changes are submitted 21 days or less before the setup period. In this case, a 35% surcharge will be added to the fees.

Important Notes:

1. Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee proper and timely processing of late submissions, and the requested services may no longer be executable.

2. A surcharge will also be applied for services used without being ordered in advance.

3. Services that have already been provided must be paid in full.

You have the possibility to apply for cancellation at the OOS after your login via:

If the 'Request for cancellation' button is already inactive, the cancellation must be made by the responsible department / service partner.
